Ednas father insists that she marry the wealthy Count He-Ha. However, Ednas heart belongs to Charlie, who decides to impersonate the Count during a dinner with her family. Charlies plan goes awry when the real Count unexpectedly arrives, leading to his expulsion from the house. Determined to be together, Charlie and Edna flee from her father, the Count, and three police officers.
